New CardioCall System launched.
Wanderer System used for secure access control.
We have recently installed the Wanderer System to provide secure access control to wheel chair bound residents at a Nursing Home. The residents wear the wanderer pendant around their neck or it is fixed to their wheelchair and when they approach the door that is locked it automatically opens and lets them in! Once the resident is in the door closes and becomes locked once again. This provided freedom for the residents, especially as some of them cannot physically press a door bell button or use a key, whilst keeping the home secure. It also meant that staff were not constantly opening the door for the residents.
